Vendors of Software for web access
While it is possible to surf the web with Windows screen access and a conventional (i.e. off-the-shelf) web browser, this can be difficult. There are several project designed to give blind persons better access to the world wide web. Make use of demo disks to determine whether you are better served by a conventional browser or by a specialized web browser.
You can obtain the excellent Dr. Bob's Guide to Offline Internet
Access. It explains how to read web pages from an email only account.
